180-Day ProtocolThe Performance Protection
Guarantee
Everything you need to know about our 180-Day Protocol: what you get, how you're protected, and when the exceptions apply.
What Is the Performance Protection Guarantee?
We don't just promise results; we put our money where our mouth is. When you partner with MangoEyes, you're protected by our 180-Day Performance Protection Guarantee.
If we do not increase your revenue by 25-35% within 180 days, here's exactly what happens:
We stop billing immediately.
No questions asked. No hidden fees. No lock-in. We stop charging you the moment we miss the target.
You keep ALL assets, 100% Ownership.
Every video, every landing page, every system, every creative asset we built for you, it's yours. Forever. You keep everything regardless of the outcome.
We work for FREE indefinitely until the target is hit.
We don't walk away. We continue working on your clinic, at zero cost to you, until we achieve the promised revenue growth. That's how confident we are.
*Doesn't matter at what price tier you joined, you own everything if we miss. This guarantee exists because we've done this enough times to know it works. And when it does, both sides win.
When Does the Guarantee NOT Apply?
Our 180-day guarantee is designed for clinics looking to grow within their current business model. But some situations are fundamentally different; they're not about growth, they're about transformation. And transformation carries different risks, timelines, and expectations.
Growth vs. Transformation
There's a fundamental difference between growing a clinic and transforming a clinic.
Growth means doing more of what already works. You're a medical aesthetics clinic doing £50k/month, and you want to do £100k/month. Same services. Same model. Just more volume, better systems, better patient flow.
Transformation means changing what you are. You're a med spa, and you want to become a medical aesthetics clinic. You're non-surgical, and you want to add surgery. You're solo, and you want to build a team.
These are completely different projects. And we cannot guarantee the same outcomes for both.
Med Spa Converting to Medical Aesthetics
What this means
You currently operate a med spa, maybe you offer facials, body treatments, wellness services. You want to transition into medical aesthetics: injectables, laser treatments, medical-grade procedures. You want a different clientele, different price points, different positioning.
Why the guarantee doesn't apply
This isn't growth; it's a fundamental repositioning of your entire business. You're not scaling what works. You're building something new.
Your current patient database may not convert to medical aesthetics. Your brand perception needs to shift. You may need different staff, different training, different clinical governance. The 180-day window is designed for optimising an existing machine, not building a new one from scratch.
Our approach: We can absolutely help with this transition. But we'll quote a transformation project with a different timeline, different milestones, and different success metrics. We'll be honest about what's realistic.
Non-Surgical Converting to Surgical
What this means
You currently offer non-surgical treatments: Botox, fillers, skin treatments. You want to add surgical services: facelifts, liposuction, rhinoplasty. You want to compete in a completely different market with completely different patient expectations.
Why the guarantee doesn't apply
Surgical and non-surgical are entirely different businesses. The patient journey is different. The sales cycle is longer. The trust requirements are higher. The regulatory environment is more complex.
When someone is considering surgery, they research for months. They want consultations, second opinions, before-and-after galleries. They're not responding to ads the same way someone looking for a quick Botox top-up does.
Building a surgical patient pipeline takes longer. The infrastructure is different. The content strategy is different. We cannot promise 180-day transformation when you're essentially building a new clinic inside your existing one.
Our approach: We'll scope this as a long-term infrastructure project. Surgical patient acquisition is a 12-18 month build, not a 6-month sprint. We'll set realistic expectations and milestone-based targets.
Non-Medic Hiring Doctors
What this means
You're a business owner, maybe you run the clinic operationally, but you're not a medical professional yourself. You want to hire doctors to expand your clinical offering, to add prescriber-only treatments, to increase your credibility and service range.
Why the guarantee doesn't apply
Hiring a doctor changes everything. You're not just adding capacity; you're adding a new layer of complexity. Medical governance. Professional indemnity. Clinical protocols. Prescribing responsibilities.
And here's the uncomfortable truth: hiring the wrong doctor can set you back years. Hiring the right doctor can transform your business, but it takes time to find them, integrate them, build trust with patients around them.
We cannot guarantee 25-35% revenue growth in 180 days when you're simultaneously trying to recruit, onboard, and build a practice around a new medical professional. There are too many variables outside our control.
Our approach: We'll help you build the infrastructure that makes your clinic attractive to top-tier doctors. We'll help you position the opportunity. But the recruitment itself, the cultural fit, the clinical integration, that takes time beyond our 180-day window.
Solo Practitioner Scaling to a Team
What this means
You're currently a solo practitioner. You do everything yourself: the treatments, the consultations, maybe even the admin. You're maxed out. You can't grow because you can't do more hours. You want to hire another doctor, build a team, and scale beyond your personal capacity.
Why the guarantee doesn't apply
Scaling from solo to team is one of the hardest transitions in clinic ownership. It's not just about hiring; it's about letting go. Letting go of control. Letting someone else treat your patients. Trusting that they'll maintain your standards.
Many solo practitioners struggle with this emotionally. They hire, then micromanage. They bring in a doctor, then second-guess every decision. The revenue should double, but the stress triples.
We cannot guarantee growth in 180 days if the bottleneck is your ability to delegate. If you're not ready to trust another practitioner with your patients, no amount of marketing will help.
Our approach: We'll help you build the systems that make delegation possible: patient handover protocols, quality assurance frameworks, performance dashboards. But the psychological shift from "my clinic" to "our clinic"? That's work only you can do.
Using Your Own Appointment Setter
What this means
When you take the Revenue Generating Department, there are four costs: MangoEyes cost, Appointment Setter cost, Ads cost, and Tools cost. We explain that the Appointment Setter is a dedicated role trained in our methodology: calling leads within 5 minutes, following our scripts, maintaining relentless follow-up.
But you say: "I have someone who can do this. She's good. She's been with us for years. Even my wife can do it."
That's fine. You can use your own person. But here's the condition: that person must be trained in our way.
Why the guarantee doesn't apply
If you want to use your own person but also want them to follow your own culture, your own process, your own way of doing things, it won't work.
We've perfected the patient journey from lead to booking over 6 years. Our scripts, our timing, our follow-up sequences, they work. But only when followed exactly. When your person does it their way, leads go cold. Conversions drop. And then you say: "We did everything with MangoEyes and it didn't work."
But you never say: "We followed our same old culture of appointment booking. We never adopted MangoEyes' way."
What happens when you choose this path
We will train your person and try for 2 months. We'll give them our scripts, our systems, our methodology. We'll monitor their performance and coach them.
But if after 2 months they still can't work our way, if there are arguments, if they get upset, if they resist the process, if they keep reverting to old habits, it creates chaos. Unnecessary chaos that slows everything down.
If we get into this situation, we will need more time to transform your business. The 180-day clock cannot run fairly when the bottleneck is a person we don't control following a culture we didn't create.
You have two choices:
- Option 1:Let us build and train your Appointment Setter team. We hire, we train, we manage. The 180-day guarantee applies.
- Option 2:Use your own person, but they must be trained in our way. Our scripts. Our timing. Our systems. No mixing with your old culture. The 180-day guarantee does not apply. We try for 2 months, and if it doesn't work, we need more time.
The clean path is Option 1. Option 2 introduces variables we cannot control. If you're thinking "my person can do it their way", stop. That's the pattern. Your person, trained our way, can work. Your person, doing it your way, will fail.
We're Being Honest With You
Other agencies would take your money and make promises they can't keep. We'd rather lose the deal than set false expectations.
If you're in one of these situations, we can still help you. We want to help you. But we'll design a project that's honest about the timeline and the risks.
The 180-day guarantee is for growth. If you need transformation, let's talk about what that really looks like.
